

DALLAS—July 6, 2001—MyPort Technologies, Inc., a privately held Delaware Corporation based in North Dallas, Texas announced today that it has selected Dialogic a division of Intel, as a supplier of telephony products to integrate into MyPorts’ Phonerensic suite of wireline, wireless collaboration, messaging and communication product offerings for security infrastructure, e-commerce, e-call centers, and e-customer service support organizations – worldwide.

On July 12, 1999, Dialogic was acquired by Intel (INTC) for $780M and will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation. Intel and Dialogic share a complementary nature of products, technologies, customers, and channels which are expected to strengthen Intel's position as a key supplier to the converging Internet and telecommunications industries.
